Itunes plug in

Hello, again readers (if there are any)
I have just realised that I said i would have music on this blog I well I don't so far (despite the fact that I <3 music) Anywayz so, here is right nows top 5 Itunes top chart! (with my recommendations/opinions on the side)

1. Somebody that I used to know by Gotye (fear. Kimbra)

I love this song actually, very nice. Its catchy and they are both really quite talented. Lovely tune! 4 and a half  out of 5

2. Moves like Jagger by Maroon 5

I love this song, its so CATCHY. I love the cool whistling. I don't think Maroon 5 is as talented as Gotye but still ok.  4 out of 5

3. Someone like you by Adele
Great song. Adele= very very very talented. But its been on the charts for solong. I am getting so sick of it!!!!!!! 1/2 out of 5 (I gave it 5/5 when it first came out its score has dropped cos I'm really sick of it.)

4. Titanium by David Getta (feat Sia)
Yeah it's fine don't really have much to say. She's ok, he's pretty good at being a Dj. 3/5

5. Bounce (Radio Edit) by Calvin Harris (feat Kelis)
This is a pretty crap song. No talent really no melody just a computer for 75% of the song. 2/5

Pork Dumplings

THIS RECIPE IS NOT MY OWN IT IS FROM http://rasamalaysia.com/steamed-dumplings-recipe/2/
Steamed Dumplings Recipe (虾仁蒸饺)
Make about 20-24 steamed dumplings
Ingredients:
1/2 pound ground pork
8-10 medium shrimps (peeled, deveined, and cut into small pieces)
1 stalk scallion (finely chopped)
3 dashes white pepper powder
1 teaspoon Shaoxing wine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
1 inch ginger (grated)
1 pack potsticker/dumpling wrappers
Method:
Combine the ground pork, shrimp, chopped scallions, ginger, and all seasonings together. Set aside.
To make dumplings, place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of the wrapper. Dab a little water with your finger and circle around the edge of the skin, and then fold and pleat the dumpling accordingly. Repeat the same for the rest. (Please refer to this video to learn how to fold/pleat dumplings.
Arrange the dumplings in a bamboo steamer (lined with parchment paper at the bottom) and steam for 8-10 minutes. Serve immediately with black vinegar dipping sauce.

Perfect Parties

So your having a party and your out of ideas here are a few ideas you can incorporate.
Put a single flower in a jam jar for a contemporary decoration.

For a easy canape, place a dumpling (see next post) in an asian soup spoon and top with chilli oil.
Try gazpacho soup served in shot glasses.
Try a decorate your own pizza party or maybe a make your own sushi party.
Try putting coloured sugar on white frosted cupcakes.
Try filling brown paper bags with candles for majestic decorations.
Have a slideshow playing on a projector with photo's or music videos.
